Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept debit and credit card payment, including Switch, AMEX, Visa and MasterCard. If you are shopping from outside the UK for delivery within the UK place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Please contact us directly before placing any orders for international delivery. All quoted prices include VAT where applicable.
You may cancel your order within 28 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 30 days of cancellation. We will request that the goods are returned to us at your own expense in an unused state in their original packaging. Please note, items returned to us in an unacceptable condition, used or damaged will not be refunded. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days, we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process.
Regarding orders shipped to the nominated shipping address that are returned to us as 'uncalled for'. To have the order posted again you will be liable for paying the original postage costs again prior to the order being shipped out. If you subsequently cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Shipping and Handling
Postage and shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and clearly displayed before you are asked to complete your order. We are happy to post orders to a different address from your home address. Please contact us directly before placing any orders for international delivery.
Delivery Schedule
Please allow up to 2 days for order processing and 28 days for delivery.
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of this and offer you the choice of waiting, choosing an alternative item of equal value or refunding that part of your order. For urgent deliveries please contact us and we will do our utmost where we can to dispatch your goods to meet your deadline.
